When we banded together to establish Hands On Test in 2012, the search for top talent within organizations was at an all time high.
We wanted to help lead the charge by creating a new kind of services company based on these Hands On Test Family Core Values.

Core values are more than just words on a website or on a poster hanging in our office. They are the pillars on which decisions are made about people, strategy, brand and culture. They define who we are and what we are about.

At Hands On Test we have the following family core values. They reflect who we are as a family and what’s important to us. We use the word “family” because that describes the kind of organization we are building and these family core values serve as the foundation.
